About Us

Welcome to ProCare Medical Group. We specialize in comprehensive Neuropathy treatments designed to restore your health and well-being. Our expert team is dedicated to diagnosing and treating neuropathy using cutting-edge technology and personalized care. We understand that neuropathy symptoms can be distressing; that is why we take a compassionate approach combined with advanced techniques and thoroughly evaluate each patient's unique situation to provide customized solutions.

Before making a diagnosis, your doctor will likely perform a physical exam and ask about your health, your symptoms, and your medical and family history.

You might also have tests, such as the following:

Vital Scan Test:

VitalScan Plus Sudomotor is an innovative, diagnostic system specifically designed to assess sudomotor function, providing critical early insights into small-fiber neuropathies. Small nerve fibers are the very first victims of diabetes, which is known to affect the peripheral nervous system, even when symptoms remain sub-clinical. Unlike traditional diagnostic tools, VitalScan Plus Sudomotor effectively identifies subtle nerve damage often missed in routine examinations.

: Monofilament Test:

A monofilament test is done to test for nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy), which may be caused by conditions such as diabetes. The monofilament is a small strand of nylon attached to a plastic base. The provider uses this monofilament to check for loss of feeling on your foot.

Sensitivity Test :

The examiner alternately applies the warm and cold objects to the skin in a consistent manner and asks the patient to identify each as either "warm" or "cold." Abnormal responses, such as an inability to distinguish between temperatures or incorrect labelling of thermal stimuli, may suggest peripheral neuropathy

balance Test:

The peripheral neuropathy of the lower limbs (PNLL) is an important cause of balance and mobility impairment in older adults

Hair loss can be temporary or permanent, depending on the cause. Conditions like telogen effluvium (stress-related hair loss) and some cases of alopecia areata may result in temporary hair loss, with the possibility of regrowth over time. However, androgenetic alopecia (pattern baldness) is typically permanent. A healthcare professional can provide a diagnosis and discuss the likelihood of regrowth based on individual circumstances.
